About The Provider

In 2025, Dr. Wilson joined University Health as part of the Family Medicine Inpatient Service. Dr. Wilson will also be serving on the Family Medicine Laborist team, and seeing patients in our Maternal Care Clinic. Prior to joining University Health, Dr. Wilson served as a Hospitalist at KC Hospitalists in Overland Park, Kansas. Prior to that, Dr. Wilson served as Locums Hospitalist for Bothwell Regional Health Center, Sedalia, Missouri.

Dr. Wilson is most passionate about evidence-based inpatient medicine and improving the experience patients have while hospitalized; as far as understanding their disease process and next steps after discharge. Dr. Wilson also loves taking care of birthing people and helping to unite evidence-based obstetric management with the patient's labor and birth goals.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Wilson enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. They love exploring the Kansas City area and surrounding cities looking for new adventures.
