Britton H. Preroff, MD

Britton Preroff, MD, provides primary care at University Health Primary Care Lakewood Pavilion. She also cares for pregnant patients in the Maternal Care Clinic and serves as a laborist at University Health Lakewood Birthplace.

Dr. Preroff earned her bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and her medical degree from American University of the Caribbean. She completed a pediatrics residency at UCLA, followed by a family medicine residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Texarkana. She is board-certified in both pediatrics and family medicine.

Dr. Preroff completed a surgical obstetrics fellowship at the University of Missouri–Kansas City. She also serves on the faculty of the UMKC Department of Community and Family Medicine, where she provides patient care and teaches family medicine residents.

Dr. Preroff cares for patients of all ages, with special interests in women’s and children’s health. Her clinical interests include comprehensive primary care, women’s health and obstetric care.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Preroff enjoys spending time with her family and their two dogs. She also loves traveling and cooking.
