About The Provider
Dr. Elizabeth Olecki is a board-certified general surgeon specializing in complex gastrointestinal and surgical oncology. She completed her general surgery residency at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, where she also earned a Master of Science in Clinical Research, followed by her Complex General Surgical Oncology fellowship at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. Her clinical practice focuses primarily on hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) and upper gastrointestinal surgery, including esophageal and gastric surgery, with additional expertise in soft tissue and colorectal surgery.
Dr. Olecki is committed to providing multidisciplinary, patient-centered care for patients with complex benign and malignant disease. Her academic interests include pancreatic and gastrointestinal cancers, surgical outcomes, and disparities in cancer care. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and presented her research at national surgical meetings. Her contributions to cancer research were recognized with the Excellence in Cancer Research Award in both 2025 and 2026.
